Information you share with the club

When you use our contact, volunteer interest, or email signup forms, we receive the information you choose to submit. We use it to respond, coordinate volunteering, or send the updates you requested. Please do not include sensitive information about students in these forms.

You can contact the club to ask about your information, request its removal, or ask to stop receiving email updates.

Understanding use of this website

When website analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find our website, which pages they use, and whether they submit a form, click a calendar subscription link, use an event promotion (such as adding an event to a calendar, getting directions, or pressing Share), or visit a sponsor’s website. A click does not tell us whether someone completed a calendar subscription or shared anything.

Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers and processes information such as page views, referral sources, device and browser details, and approximate location. It is not anonymous or cookie-free. We use this information to improve the website and our community outreach. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics, and we do not use its advertising personalization features.

Our Analytics event-data retention setting is two months; aggregated reports may remain available longer. Logged-in site users and local development visits are excluded. We do not display a consent banner; the Google Site Kit setup restricts Analytics tracking for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland without consent.

Services and links

Our website includes Google Calendar and Zeffy content and links to sponsor websites and social platforms. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. Payments are handled by Zeffy; our WordPress site does not handle credit card data.
